It may look like a tin shed placed on top of the barge hull but this is a large, insulated and well put togther timber construction. It is fully wired, plumbed and includes oil fired radiator heating and hot water. There is a separate bathroom. This living space is ready for completion and could easily be partitioned to give a separate bedroom, kitchen and sitting room.

Preliminary Details: awaiting confirmation by owner. Although this barge conversion is listed under Motor Boats, it does not have any independent means of propulsion. The "house" is in effect an apparently well built, insulated structure that could easily be added to internally to provide a usable living space. She is currently on a drying mooring in West Cornwall and this is may be available to rent. Shore power and water are avaialble for a connection by agreement.
