Broker's Comments

Here is the chance to purchase an excellent two ton trailer, only "1000 miles on the clock", never seen salt water, complete with a good Honda outboard, and, oh yes, a boat! The boat is old and wooden, but is dry as a bone below decks and appears to be in sound condition. Her owner lived aboard her for a number of years, before purchasing his present yacht. This boat is exactly like the famous "Shrimpy" which took Shane Acton (plus assorted girl friends) around the world - TWICE! (The Voyage of Super Shrimp and Shrimpy Sails Again - these books should be required reading for anyone who thinks that ocean sailing requires a fat cheque book.) But Acton's was only a 19ft Caprice, and it didn't come with a trailer. So here's a plan. Buy the whole package, sell the trailer, provision ship and head south until the butter melts. You know it makes sense! See "more photos" to view 21 internal and external photos of this vessel. Photographs, analysis and comments by Alan Coy of Boatshed Wales.
