Broker's Comments

This is a classic shoal draft yacht with very pretty lines, built of good quality materials by a reputable yard. She benefits from a very recent engine and her mast and rigging is only nine years old. She is presently being rewired and will have two new batteries. Sadly she is "cosmetically challenged" at present due to being laid up and unused for a season. Her owner now reports that since the photographs were taken she has had the attention of a hot soapy bucket and looks much better for it! A weekend spent with a pot of varnish now would go a long way towards restoring her good looks. Her shoal draft and beaching legs make her very suitable for our local cruising area, and if you are looking for a traditional yacht with the ability to take the ground she is well worth a viewing. A mooring at the sought after Lawrenny Yacht Station is available to any new owner.
