This Cox 22, a rugged and popular little motor sailor, is sadly in a 'project' state. She has recently been vacated by her elderly owner who is now deceased. She is offered for purchase 'as is, where is' but should only be considered by someone wishing to carry out a full and comprehensive refurbishment. Given time, money and effort she may yet again be a vessel to be proud of. Note: she was afloat in the marina until 22nd Nov 2010 and her hull appears sound.
