Preliminary Details: awaiting confirmation by owner.A very comfortable 4 berth boat with surprising room below with full width cabin and excelent sitting headroom. The forecabin has a reasonable size double berth with loo and sliding doors which close off this cabin from the rest of the boat. This boat also boasts a sink which folds up from a stowage position under the port saloon berth. There are also new cushions which fit in the cockpit. This has to be a lot of boat in 22 feet.
