It is not often that a lovely Dockrell 27 comes on the market. With her cutter rig and shoal draft keel she is a little different to other boats and as such is keenly sought for her sailing qualities as well as her pretty lines and appearance. This lady is all set up for single handed sailing which the current owner does often. She appears to be in very good condition, freshly antifouled, new anodes, engine serviced and with money spent on various improvements she is ready to step aboard and sail away. With only three owners she has been well cared for and is only being sold for a larger vessel.
