Broker's Comments

The Dockrell 27 is a heavy duty offshore "pocket cruiser" and this one was the 1988 Earls Court Show model. She was first commissioned in 1996 and has been continually updated since. Benefitting from a long keel with winglets she should prove a steady and capable passage maker with the added bonus of an ability to safely take the ground, aided by her custom legs.
Rigged as a stemheaded cutter with recent sails and rigging she is well set up for singlehanded sailing. New instruments, navigational equipment and a current survey complement the overall attractive package.
This yacht has cruised extensively along the European seaboard during four years with her previous owner. You could do the same!
