In 1993 this was a complete and finished boat. The owner then completely stripped the boat for an entire rebuild which due to bereavement has never taken place. The only things remaining in the hull are the iron frames for internal fitting out and the engine and shaft. Nearly all parts including masts and sails go with the boat, in fact there is a garage full of parts, the inventory of which will be available to prospective purchasers.
This is a huge project but if taken on will provide somebody with a world girdling blue water cruiser for a lifetime of sailing.
