Disclaimer

The vendor is not selling in the course of a business unless otherwise stated. The prospective purchaser is strongly recommended to check the particulars and where appropriate, at his own expense, to employ qualified agents to carry out surveys, structural and/or mechanical & electrical.
Internally she really is very well laid out having 2 fwd berth in the vee, a good sized galley with 2nd heads and shower opposite. The raised centre cockpit provides the helm station and seating with large windows giving a bright and spacious feel.
Aft there is the main cabin with a permanent double and en-suite.
However there is a little more to be done to finish as the owner is now unable to complete the final fix due to ill health. Needing to be done are;
final wiring to engine (all the looms are in place from the helm), final fuel pipe connections (again the pipes are from the tank to the engine bay), The final connection for the exhaust, (all pipes in place), and the final coupling to the calorifier.
To have this work carried out by a boatbuilder we estimate to be around 2 to 2.5k.
However considering that everything about this boat is brand new and unused, The hull having been carefully examined prior to work starting then coming in at under 30k we have a virtually new boat that will make a superb river cruiser offering space in abundance or alternatively an ideal liveaboard..
