This Freeman 23 has had a lot of money spent on her in the right areas since the current owners purchased her last year. She has had a full engine service, new stern gland seal, Bilge pump fitted, Windows resealed, and a new canopy. The mooring is paid up until Dec 2009 and can be transferred. She is Broads registered and licensed until March 2010 and the BSC is until Oct 2011.
She does need the woodwork varnishing in the cockpit and a new bench seat would make her complete. This boat is very much ready to enjoy at no further cost to the buyer.
