Broker's Comments

Although a solid and sound, seaworthy boat, she is in need of some TLC of ideally a re-fit. She is in commission and can be sailed today and her attractive price reflects the fact that she is not cosmetically perfect. Interestingly; she has been previously owned by the female author of 'Lone Voyager'
