Broker's Comments

Preliminary Details: awaiting confirmation by owner. A fine example of this Alan Hill designed, small family cruiser. Loads of space outside, including a large cockpit with bags of storage in the 4 lockers. The sails appear in good condition, she has a sail cover. Inside she has reasonable headroom and space, with a separate heads compartment, she is fairly basic but clean and neat. The main advantage is a new diesel inboard fitted a couple of years ago. A good boat if you’re looking for a nice yacht with reasonable accommodation, and which looks ready to sail.
