Descending into the aft cabin, there is a massive salon with seats both sides of the dining table and an impressive rear window.
There is a small galley with sink and a wonderful diesel stove with hob and oven. This also provides heating and hot water.
Forward of the wheelhouse is a a double bedroom with cupboard space. The large fore-peak cabin has been converted into a toilet and washroom with plenty of extra space and storage. There is a separate shower. This could easily revert to a double cabin with toilet and washbasin in the shower space.

Broker's Comments
Here is a great project to restore a historic boat
She is in need of major restoration,(Professional work in the region of £25k) but what a joy when she is back in her element.
How do you describe a boat like this. Certainly pretty unique. I can find only two more anything like it.
Thought to have been built by the Admiralty in 1919, she certainly does not show her age, except perhaps in her grace and style
She is definitely a beauty, wonderful lines, stunning wheelhouse, massive salon, which could seat 10. A useful galley and wonderful bedroom and toilet plus separate shower.
However it is the sheer looks of this boat that are such a joy. She would be superb on the coast or on the Thames. She would grace any historic collection and hold her head up in any classic company.
Yes, she needs some a lot of work but it would definitely be a labour of love and the end result would be a wonderful piece of floating history
