Broker's Comments

Boatshed London are delighted to offer this 1974 45ft Narrowboat for sale. The boat is priced to sell quickly and demand for narrowboats at the moment means this one probably won't hang around long.

The boat is ready for an individual or couple to move onto and add their stamp with their own furniture as this boat has been cleared ready for selling. Located in Islington/East London, this boat is ideal for someone to beat the house market increases and start a life afloat. It has a good sized double cabin with large wardrobe and full sized shower and chemical loo in the bathroom.

The Lister SR3 engine runs well as the boat has been used as a continuous cruiser in London for the last few years. The boat has efficient central heating that is powered by the stove back boiler and hot water comes from the gas boiler in the galley.
