Broker's Comments
This project boat has all the basics done for you. Bought by the manager of a working boatyard she was intended as a project for his 'spare' time until the call of cruising the canals became too loud.
She is partially complete with full overplating, cast concrete ballast with dark wood floor, headlining, working Lister diesel, galley including cooker, fridge and twin-tub washing machine. Heating from a Morso Squirrel stove to radiators and calorifier. Hot water is also available from an instentaneous water heater.
This would make an ideal boat for someone who is looking for a project to complete.
Unusually, access is only through the forward well-deck due to the position of the engine. This has the advantage of a private cabin that is not used as a throughfare.
