Broker's Comments
This 50ft Cruiser Stern is in need of some attention cosmetically inside and out but has been used as a live aboard for the last 10 years until very recently.
The engine is all serviced and running smoothly now and I have added a video of the engine running. She had a hull survey in 2008 which I can forward to any interested party but really the boat will probably need a new survey prior to purchase. An ideal boat for someone looking for a part project. She has a BSC until March 2024.
