Broker's Comments
This narrowboat provides a low cost way to live in west London and have the means to escape at a slow pace along the Grand Union canal. Based within walking distance of Tube and Overground stations that will allow you to commute into central London.
The boat provides a light and open feel with side hatch and solid fuel stove. A bathroom with half-sized sit-in bath and shower head together with pump-out toilet. Forward is the cabin that opens onto a well deck with seating.
The current mooring allows residential living at a realistic rate in a marina with full facilities and secure car parking. Transfer of the mooring agreement would be at the agreement of the marina operator and seperate from the purchase of the boat.
