Broker's Comments

Here at Boatshed Norfolk we have a rare vessel indeed. She is a genuine Broom 32 duel helm cruiser that has been in the private and caring hands of the same family for the last 23 years!

This boat stands out amongst her type and is an absolutely sunning example of these very versatile Broads cruisers. She is presented in all original gelcoat and is almost unmarked and has a stunning navy blue highlight.

Her grey anti-slip decks are also immaculate and she just looks fabulous. She has good solid pulpit and pushpit safety rails all with built in fender basket storage.

Her stunning looks are only matched by the impressive list of features and equipment that this vessel boasts. I can safely say I have not seen a similar model so well equipped, ever! She is bristling with well thought out and useful features.

She had a new Nanni diesel engine fitted in 2014 which has just over 200 hours use since and was last serviced in May 23, and it shows when you look at the motor, it's just immaculate.

She has full shore power fitted, bow thruster, electric anchor windlass with deck controls, stainless steel mud weight, a Victron 2kw inverter system backed by 7, yes SEVEN batteries. She also has air-conditioning fitted and diesel warm air heating, USB sockets, two electric toilets, two holding tanks, the list just goes on.

Her interior is beautiful and can be configured to sleep up to 7 in three separate cabins with two separate heads and shower rooms. The galley layout is typical Broom and this boat is no exception and the galley is clean well fitted with full size cooker and full size fridge and plenty of work space and storage. The cabinetry all appears to be in very good condition throughout the boat. Soft furnishings are all very tasteful in an oatmeal colour, and again all appear to be immaculate and undamaged to my eye.

Her large saloon has ample convertible seating and huge double opening skylight.

This boat offers two separate main cabins. A large twin up front and a large en-suite master aft, both with plenty of storage. The boat has both lower and upper helm stations and a large sun pad on the flybridge with upholstered cushion. Her small screen does fold to give a little extra clearance if required.

Virtually all aspects of this boat excel and she offers great space and comfort while afloat. The only small, (and I do mean small) area that I could find fault with was a tiny piece of side trim about 5 cm long that is just lifting away above the port window and just needs sticking back. Even the underfloor areas are totally clean dry tidy and immaculate. Her Broads toll is paid to April 24 and she has a current Boat Safety Certificate.

This is a high quality, very, very tidy and amazingly equipped boat with a recent modern low hours engine and all the systems you could ever wish for.
