The Carver 300 Aft Cabin design features an amazing use of space for a 30 foot boat! The beam of nearly 12 feet and separation of three living areas provides a comfortable interior for a family or liveaboard owner. Additional features include an outside sun deck and flybridge with seating area - both have like-new full canvas enclosures.

Enter the vessel from the dock amidship or with the ladder from the aft swim platform.

The main salon features ample seating including a hide-a-bed sofa and the lower helm station to starboard. The salon interior is carpeted, with large hatches in the floor for access to the engine and mechanical systems. Large windows provide an excellent view to the outside.

Forward and down from the salon is the galley to port and a U-shaped dinette forward that converts to a double berth. The galley features a Hillerange propane stove with oven, a single stainless steel sink, Tappan microwave oven, and Norcold AC-DC refrigerator. Ample storage and counter space makes for a surprisingly capable galley in this vessel. The boat includes a hot and cold pressure water system with 11 gallon hot water tank.

The enclosed marine head compartment is to starboard opposite the galley. This includes a Raritan manual marine toilet that empties to a holding tank for dockside pump out or overboard discharge (where legal) using an electric macerator pump. A single stainless steel sink with hot and cold pressure water features a faucet with handheld shower wand.

Aft from the salon is the private master stateroom. This features a double berth to port, single berth to starboard, and a small vanity with sink amidships. Large windows provide for a look outside from port, starboard and aft.

Broker's Comments

This Carver 300 Aft Cabin Cruiser with enclosed flybridge is a lightly-used vessel that shows very well. It is a clean, attractive tri-cabin design that will make for great family adventures or would work well as a liveaboard. The interior layout and volume, plus enclosed aft deck and flybridge provides five separate spaces that work well together while traveling or sitting at the dock. All of the interior spaces are appointed with attractive furnishings. The engine room and the mechanicals show pride of ownership and diligent care.
