Broker's Comments

This vessel offers a surprising amount of accommodation space for the overall length. The roomy aft cabin has fixed double, plus a single berth, which could be removed to create further storage space.

The bright wheelhouse gives panoramic views, with comfortable seating for six adults. Sliding doors and wide gunwales provide easy access to the foredeck and the expansive steering deck aft.

Moving forward, down the companionway, a galley to starboard. To port, the dinette seating and table can convert to a double sleeping berth.

The fore-cabin is a sleeping area only, with a low deckhead, but does not feel claustrophobic.

The heads are incomplete. A sea toilet has been removed but can be reinstalled. Alternatively, a porta-potty or composting toilet can be purchased. The arrangement of the shower and basin can be decided by the new owner.

The boat was last out of the water in 2019 when she was antifouled and had the anodes replaced. Survey report from 2018 when the boat was purchased in The Netherlands.

BSS expires in 2024.

The boat is being sold without a mooring.
