Broker's Comments

The Mitchell 31 has a great reputation for build quality and is considered one of the most seaworthy boats you can find. They are highly regarded with excellent sea-keeping abilities, good economy and are in regular use as police, harbour patrol and work boats around the country. This is a strong capable boat that has the versatility to be put to many uses such as fishing, diving, touring or generally pottering around. She would also make a good general purpose workboat or a small passenger ferry for 10 people.

This is a nice well cared-for Mk1 example that is very tidy and comes with a relatively young replacement engine (2003). She is clearly well maintained, comes well equipped and is offered as the complete package.
