Broker's Comments
Having viewed many of these very popular Maritime 21 motorboats over the years, I must say I'd be hard-pressed to recall one in such lovely condition and as meticulously maintained as this one.
These boats make great day/weekend boats given their great use of space, nice accommodation and their reputation as good sea-going boats.
This one benefits from a host of upgrades and improvements carried out over many years by the current owner which are too numerous to mention here but you can see the full details in the boat's listing.
One of the very nice upgrades is the solid-looking stainless steel handrails mounted around the coachroof. Not only do they provide a great safety feature when moving around the boat. But they also act as a safety rail in effect converting the top of the coachroof into a secure sunbathing area.
The current owner, having put so much time and effort into his pride and joy, has made the decision to move her on to a new owner ever so difficult, but feels that the time is now right as he is retiring from boating.
So, if you are in the market for this kind of boat, and to avoid disappointment, please don't hesitate to contact me to book an early viewing of this fantastic boat.
