Broker's Comments
These boat details are subject to contract.
If you are looking for a fantastic all rounder then this Moody Centre Cockpit is a great choice. A capable vessel built to the highest Lloyds specification. She has fabulous accommodation and has many extras to facilitate living on board too.
A quality built sailing yacht that is designed to sail exceptionally well. People have ventured all over the seas in these yachts. She has lots of stowage too, a cosy interior , deep cockpit, wide side decks and nice lines. Anti-fouled and anodes changed February 2024.
There is no recent survey, rigging is over 10 years old and the sails are old too. A buyer could have a rigging test and may want to renew the sails at some point. The vessel is priced to sell so no fender kickers please.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
