The accommodation has been very imaginatively designed with a double aft cabin extending 2 thirds across the aft beam. A small double berth is located in the forward section with a further 2 singles in saloon. The navigation is located to port with the galley apposite to starboard. The decent sized separate heads compartment is located aft behind the navigation area.
The upholstery throughout was replaced in 2009, together with curtains. The boat has had little use since purchase by the current owner, as a result, the upholstery is still in excellent condition.

Broker's Comments
This really is a delightful boat with a carefully thought out internal design offering comfortable and airy accommodation, as you would expect from a French built boat. She is in good condition throughout, well maintained and presented to a high standard.
She is equipped with a decent level of navigation equipment and her engine has recently undergone an overhaul by her owner, himself a retired diesel engineer. All control lines are led aft for easy shorthanded sailing. Add to that her keel configuration and you have a great sailing yacht for local coastal cruising and creek crawling. If I had to make one observation, I would look to upgrade the cooker and move the gas cylinder to a dedicated self draining storage locker.
All in all an ideal first boat.
