Wow! What an amazing opportunity for someone to build their own live aboard boat to their own spec, or for a boat builder to finish her off - as the kit now would cost in excess of £70k!

The hull appears to be made to a high standard and is category B which means she should be seaworthy.
The windows are marine quality port lights and there is an amazing amount of space, similar to a small bungalow.

The prop shaft is in place, also the fuel tank although the current owner had considered making her electric.

She needs engine/systems/internal fittings/rudder/electronics.

A lot of the hard work has been done, now for the exciting design part - I wish I was younger - I would buy her!
