Broker's Comments

This is a lovely little 32ft GRP Highbridge Narrowboat that needs a little attention on the outside, in particular the wooden rubbing strakes around the hull needs removing and probably replacing with a rubber one. She would benefit from a good polish also. The electric start engine runs well and inside she is in good condition and has a nice cosy feel to her. The little cocktail cabinet is a lovely touch. She is located on the Lancaster Canal but has been sailed all over the northwest over the past 20 years. There is no fitted heating at the moment.

BSC until May 2022. The boat has not had a survey for 20 years so would need one.

We have just had the engine serviced, carb cleaned, fuel tank emptied and cleaned and fresh fuel added.
