Broker's Comments
This boat was built by Formosa but to the spec of a Kelly Peterson 46 with a Fin and Skeg. The paperwork is for a Formosa 44 but she is actually the same design layout and dimensions as the Peterson 46 though clearly not an original Kelly Peterson.
However, she sails and performs the same and the present owners have had her for over 30 years and are the second owners.
She had a survey in 2011 but she could benefit from a new set of sails and some work on the interior and exterior wood.
If you are looking for a classic, performance Blue Sea Boat, then this yacht represents good value for money.
