Broker's Comments

I spent some time with the owner aboard this one off twin screw diesel motor yacht and received a long history on the first owner who built this fine yacht in 1964,he was the Hon.John Astor who also owned the yard Universal Shipyards Ltd.Southampton, she was built to the Alan Buchanan design and has a very interesting history at home and abroad.
The present owner has owned this fine Motor yacht when built for 13yrs and indeed lived aboard for 11yrs trying over that time to keep her in prim condition however due to his health he has found this quite a struggle so has now decided to sell and is looking for a quick sale so will consider any reasonable offer presented to him.
A great opportunity to own a piece of history.
