Boatshed Grand Union are delighted to offer this 30ft Narrowboat for sale with leisure mooring at Apsley Marina, near Hemel Hempstead.

The boat was built in 1983 and has been recently refurbished inside and out to create a comfortable pied-a-terre or cruiser for an individual or couple. The current owner is a plumber and this is evidenced throughout with ingenious uses of copper piping throughout the boat.

The seating to the bow is a fold down bed which converts into a large double with a galley and small foldaway desk also in the living area.

The bathroom has chemical loo and good-sized shower. Hot water comes from the instant gas boiler located in the bathroom.

The leisure mooring at Apsley Marina is fully transferable to the new owner on payment of a 5% transfer fee to marina management. Current mooring fees are £1,953 p.a.

The marina is 5 mins walk from Apsley Station which runs into London Euston in about 35 minutes. Perfect for commuting into town.
