Through to lounge with L shaped sofa, convertible to double bed. Folding table and two large wardrobe cupboards. There is also a solid fuel stove.
The bathroom is an ingenious arrangement with shower one side of the boat and toilet/basin the other. These two separate compartments can be made into one large one by simply opening the doors across the corridor.
The front cabin has originally housed four bunks, and it could be reinstated as such. The present arrangement has two lower singles that can be made into a double with one upper folding bunk.
The boat can therefore be two doubles and a single or one double and 3 singles, in two cabins.

Broker's Comments
Springers often get bad press. So many were built and so many are sadly neglected. It is indeed a tribute to them that so many are still floating despite such neglect.
However I have seen a few real beauties and this one is a cracker.,up there with the best of them.
The interior is classic, the paintwork gleaming and she is ready to cruise.
The added advantage is the gorgeous river- side private leisure mooring which will be available to the buyer, subject to arrangement with the mooring owner (Approx £1500 per year)
