Good use of space in this layout with the galley and main sleeping arrangements aft cabin aft and living accommodation forward. Whilst a little tidying up would not go amiss she benefits from a recent modern engine with very few hours and at 44 feet offers a nice blend of interior space together with easy manoeuvrability.
