Broker's Comments
This cruiser sterned live aboard is probably best suited to someone able to tackle the TLC required to bring her back to her former splendour. A handy size at 50 feet she is setup as a liveaboard at the moment although could equally be converted back to a four berth cruiser. She has been partially replated and the rest will probably need doing in the next few years however she is priced to make working on her a very attractive proposition. A local mooring, though not guaranteed, may be available on request.
