Broker's Comments
This Princess 32 has been used by a couple as a liveaboard for the past 5 years.
Her owner has replaced the engine and leisure batteries June 2021 and has scheduled a lift out for annual maintenance, anodes replacement and antifouling
Her current configuration consists of a large pilothouse with an aft double berth under the sprayhood and an open plan saloon and forecabin. It would be easy to construct a partition between them if required.
The interior of the boat and the bilges are dry.
For her era, she has all mod cons and could make a comfortable liveaboard or a weekender.
The engines and outdrives have been maintained but lightly used recently.
