This is an opportunity to own this superb Dutch Steel Motor cruiser. She has undergone an extensive quality refit over the past 2 years by her current owner who is a Boat builder/Engineer.
Because he lives aboard no expense has been spared and as a result this boat really is in excellent order throughout and over engineered in most areas. Designed for extended cruising or longer/residential use she has everything you could possibly need to head off for the french canals and/or live aboard. There is no rust to be seen anywhere in the bilges. The list of improvements and new items is too extensive to list but a few are; Calorifier, deep Sea stern rubber, stainless water tank, batteries, electric toilet, bow thruster, wallace heating system etc. She was out of the water in 2011 and treated to 2 coats of primacon and anti foul. This year she had the fwd cabin completely refitted along with new carpets, curtains and upholstery.
There is a recent full pre purchase survey available which was carried out in 2010 valuing the boat at £50k. Since then there have been many upgrades.
The option of a residential mooring available if required.
