Here we have a very nicely priced Birchwood 25 that has the benefit of a diesel engine plus some home comforts of warm heating and hot & cold water etc.

Internally in a good condition and full credit to the owners for keeping her this way. A large social area in the cockpit with a removable table.
The outside could do with a clean to bring that sparkle back after the seasons usage.

Overall a great little starter boat for them weekends away or even longer , ideal for two in comfort.

Moorings may be available subject to the marina.
