Very well presented Birchwood 25 benefiting from a Ford 1.8 diesel engine conversion that was fully reconditioned prior to fitting.
She is In original polished gelcoat and has diesel fired heating, hot water (with immersion heater plus reconditioned calorifier) and shower.
The Volvo SP 280 outdrive was fully reconditioned in April of this year.
Large Bathing platform and swim ladder.
Last out of the water April 2017.
Mooring may available if required.
