Broker's Comments

I am delighted to be able offer for sale this truly excellent Birchwood 370 Commando Sportsbridge.

These boats offer a very spacious and highly practical layout with a huge social cockpit area that will seat all your friends with ease. The interior space offers a well thought-out two separate cabin layout, with a vast saloon and galley dividing the two large double cabins. Ideal for family cruising, or as two couples.
This highly desirable layout is further enhanced by the large and seperate heads and shower compartments.

This particular boat has been owned by her curent owner for the last 9 years and has been extensively improved to give hera very high quality, comfortable and bright living space that exudes opulence.

The high quality of the upholstery, trim and headlings and practical lighting all combine to give a luxury feel that is carried throughout this impressive boat.

Her twin Mercruier 4.2L D-Tronic motors (1140 hours ) were one of Mercruiser best power plants, have been well looked after and perform effortlessly, to give this boat a great turn of speed and precise handling, as well as very good ecconomy. She is just as comfortable pootling on the rivers as she is at on the plane at sea and represents a fantastic value package given the stunning accomodation and high quality condition.

The sheer size and space of this superb vessel has to be seen to be appreciated, as does the amazing interior and fitout. Prompt viewing is highly reccomended.

She has a current BSS to 2023 and her Broads toll is paid to the end of March 2021; she is ready to go boating !
