Broker's Comments

A good honest traditional cruiser one of only 3 built and only 2 remaining offering fore and aft access and wide side decks. She has a 2006 survey, BSS until 2011. A well laid out boat offering 2 good sized double berths in separate cabins. There is a full history of the boat with all receipts etc. The interior is of a standard from a bygone era making this boat a true classic in many ways.
The boat has been out of the water for some time and is needing a large helping of TLC to make her a "pretty" as the pictures suggest. I have taken more recent pics which are now on the pictures page.. The hull has been surveyed and needs some planking below the waterline, this can be done at a cost of 2k or bought as she is. The areas needing attention have been marked by the surveyor and can be easily seen
