Broker's Comments
Broom 1070 Sceptre that is priced to sell.
She needs a good external clean as the pictures will show.
Mechanically the engines are in excellent order, they start from cold easily with no smoke. She drives and handles very well and offers up to 6 berths.
She has an aft cabin with Island bed, 2 singles in the fore cabin and a further double in the saloon if required. She has an en-suite heads and shower to the aft cabin and a further heads and basin in thew fwd section.
Her BSC is until 2020.
Her current mooring in Brundall can be made available if required.
The boat is being sold due to bereavement.
