Aft owner’s suite comprises large double berth, twin dressing tables, two hanging wardrobes, upholstered bed head, individual reading lights, large cupboard and shelf space. Opening windows port and starboard of berth creating a very bright and airy feel. Starboard side shower room and port side heads. Forward guest cabin comprises two single berths in V formation. Both berths benefit from upholstered head and hull linings. Two wardrobes, under berth draws and shelves. Large hatch in roof gives both ventilation and escape. Port Side dinette has seating for four and converts to a double berth. Opposite on the starboard side is the well equipped galley. Stainless steel sink with hot and cold mixer taps. Three burner hob with oven and grill. Electric fridge, Microwave. Bronze Avonite easy clean surfaces. Main upper saloon on the starboard side comprises a V shaped seating area with coffee table. Floor hatches for engine access.

Preliminary Details: awaiting confirmation by owner. This beautifully kept 38 Ocean is a credit to her previous owner. The raised cockpit allows the privacy of an aft cabin that some much larger boats would die for. We suggest that an early viewing of this very well equipped, gentlemans motor yacht should be considered.
