Broker's Comments

This is a classic example of the Spacious Broom Ocean 37. These boats offer a lot of space and comfortable cruising and deliver a commanding view from the elevated cockpit.

She offers two large cabins, both with their own heads and showers at opposite ends of the boat making this an ideal cruiser for a family or two couples.

She is powered by two Perkins diesel engines which appear to start readily and run nicely. The centre piece of this boat is her huge saloon with galley down arrangement making a comfortable and social area. Her large and well appointed cockpit affords a great driving position and also seating for those great days in the sun. Add to this a large amount of deck space and you have a very spacious and yet manageable boat that delivers that big boat feel.

Update. She appears to have had the standard gas system removed at some point in her life and also has a localised hot water heater and not the original calorifier system fitted, all of which should be quite straight forward to have reinstated should you so wish. She could do with some tidying and possible updating in places and some TLC however, this appears to be mostly cosmetic or minor systems related and so she is offered at a very reasonable price based on her current condition. This boat will require work to get her back her former glory which is reflected in the asking price. So she is being sold as a project vessel and should be viewed and inspected and have her systems tested and checked. As such as she is sold as a project and as seen.

She has a current Boat safety certificate to 2026 and is tolled for the rest of this year.

These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
