The saloon settee converts into a large double if required. Mid cabin has a very large double that a tall person would be able to sleep in comfort. Forward berth is not cramped. The boat throughout has very good stowage for extended stays or indeed a livaboard. Also noted throughout the boat is very good headroom and the floor is on one level from the aft cockpit to the saloon. From here its a couple of steps down into the forward part of the boat. A very good quality sound system is installed plus low level lighting throughout for making it the more comfortable.
Installed throughout is radiators as well as warm air heating
2 burner gas cooker/stove

A good navigation package is on board with some repeaters on the fly bridge. For long voyages I think the preferred lower helm position would be best as there is good all round vision along with the main instruments positioned.

Broker's Comments
What a gem!! These boats are built from the renowned builder Brooms.
based on the Broom 35 European hull and excellent for long or short voyages , at home on the inland waterways of Europe or here in the uk . The radar arch will lower and then it will have an air draft of only 3.6mt (11ft 7") A very clean and well maintained boat that's sensible priced.
Prior appointment is required to view to which there will be no disappointment if you are seeking a quality Broom Sedan.
