Broker's Comments

Colecraft steel narrowboat in need of some work to make her an ideal liveaboard or canal cruiser.
She is out of the water and lying at Brundall so inspection is welcome.

The interior would benefit from upgrading and a few repairs and a repaint topsides would transform her.
Mechanically she is reported to be good and fully functioning.
She has been fully overplated on the hull sides and we are awaiting a copy of the last survey report.
