Broker's Comments
I have to start by saying my pictures do not do this boat justice, It is beautiful !
Built in 2004 and launched in 2005 this boat has everything you could possibly need or want in order to liveaboard in supreme comfort.
The engine is not only practical and frugal..it is a showpiece, highly polished brass and copper fittings, sits above a spotless bilge that is a stranger to both oil and water.
She has 2 calorifiers which are more than ample to run the bath and shower, A hurricane central heating system, room stat and radiators throughout the boat.
A multi fuel sits sits
In the boatman's cabin it is a traditional boatman's stove with oven and hob. The boatman's cabin also has all the original features i e the drop down table, drop down bed , cutlery drawer, ticket box and windlass holders.
The corner bath and heads are accessed by Locking doors at either end.
There is ample storage including an "Airing cupboard".
One really does have to be aboard to appreciate the quality and level of comfort this boat has to offer.
