Broker's Comments

A spacious cruiser with capacity to sleep up to 7 people, with a large saloon and sliding canopy enabling passage under most broadland bridges. The BMC 2.5 engine is mounted aft to reduce noise. Additional steps to starboard allow the boat to be boarded from either side and there is warm air central heating throughout the boat.

The saloon is large with ample seating for 7 people with a large table, draft excluders around the sliding canopy and a TV. The saloon can be converted to make an additional double. The galley is behind the saloon on the starboard side with large oven, 4 burner hob, grill and Waeco fridge. To the rear of the boat is a heads with shower and a cabin with a double and a single above. To the front is the second heads/shower to port and a double cabin with washbasin and dressing table with drawer unit below.

Broads river tax paid up until April 2020 and boat safety certificate expires 11/01/2023

Engine will be fully serviced prior to sale
