Broker's Comments
Here we have an ideal first boat that benefits from having a current BSC until 29.06.09. The engine is a reliable and frugal four stroke Yamaha. She offers good value for money as a first boat having all the essentials for longer spells on board. However.......she is in need of some work, particularly the exterior where the wooden rubbing strakes are showing signs of deteriation and the hull would benefit from a pressure wash and re-antifoul. The topsides also need a good clean!
This said I feel a great advantage of buying this boat is the sought after mooring. These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Becuase of the cosmetic work needed offers on the asking price will be considered.
