A great starter boat with a frugal diesel engine and shaft drive for easy cruising. These are spacious for a 24 foot boat, simple 4 berth accommodation in 1 cabin, good size galley area and separate heads compartment with sea toilet. (Holding tank can be fitted if required) Good size cockpit with plenty seating, folding canopy and windscreen.
An attractive river cruiser which would benefit from some simple updating, i.e new deck paint, some varnishing here and there, and some simple woodwork in the cabin. Last and anti - fouled 2 years ago, she has a current boat safety certificate valid until 2015, and a broads toll licence paid until 31st March 2014. Side on quay head mooring may be available at Hickling subject to approval by mooring owner.
To summarise, a great starter boat offered at a sensible price, needs a little work to bring her up to scratch, but with a diesel engine an attractive proposition.
