Broker's Comments
Here we have a part finished project Elysian 27 centre cockpit. The externals of the boat have been completed as can be seen in the pictures and the engine is all there and just needs the seacock replacing and connecting.
The boat is an unfinished project but has her old fit out inside to build on. It should be noted that gas and electrics will need to be checked or replaced and as such this is offered as a project that needs finishing.
She has a new canopy fitted, all her tanks are present and she looks in fairly good condition overall just requiring fit out and recommissioning.
She has a pump out toilet and two separate cabins, galley and heads compartment. The forward cabin is mostly done and is quite a nice finish. The engine seacock will need replacing or fixing as it is open though the hull.
The price represents the current condition and or state of the vessel - finished these boats sell for around £15k.
This is a rare opportunity to acquire a reasonably light project of these sought-after little cruisers.
These boat details are subject to contract.
