Broker's Comments
Not ideal for the Broads this 200HP engined 17 foot rocket is more suited to having offshore fun.
Capable of speeds up to 55 knots and able to tow skiers, ringos and various other "toys" she is ideal for taking to the coast having a purpose built quality trailer included which which has had a full overhaul within the last two years. It has been re-furbished with new parts including rear axel (with new brakes), toe hitch and jockey wheel. It was also re painted with Galvafroid in 2011 to prolong its life in salt water.
the engine is well looked after and I have replaced the water pump, water pressure relief valve and re balanced the prop – all of these changes have seen a maximum of 10 hours water time so are as good as new.
The engine is checked and serviced regularly and is fresh water flushed after every use to keep it in prime working condition.
The boat complies with the Boat Safety Scheme, so it can be used on any inland water ways within the UK. Recent work includes new fuel lines, battery isolator, fuel line cut off valve, new stainless steel dash, re-wired electrics, new fuel sender and a new bilge pump.
