Broker's Comments
Here we have a pretty example of the popular Freeman 23. This is a tidy example of the type and presented in original gelcoat.
She is powered by a Ford Sea-Wolf motor which appears to start and run nicely and also has the added benefit of a hot water system and Propex gas heating systems fitted to make things more comfortable.
Her interior is dry and cosy and the all matching upholstery appears to be in excellent condition.
She has the usual Freeman design elements of concealed galley and heads doors that close off the front cabin and her internal wood is pretty good for her age.
Her Broads toll is paid for this season and she has a current Boat Safety Certificate to March '24. She was last serviced and antifouled and had her anodes replaced in 2022.
This is a tidy little boat that is sure to please her new owner.
Please note that in the videos I advise she is a Freeman 22 this is incorrect as she is a Freeman 23.
